点评:Paid for my 2 rooms in full and when i got to the hotel at 3pm to check in they had no reservations for me they had me call the ihg line they had the reservations and that i paid in full yet the hotel said they could not do anything for me since it was not in there system. I was told that i would not have to pay again they would get it figured out. I had to call ihg and the hotel between 10 to 15 times while i was trying to spend time with family out of state. I had to change in there bathroom and get ready to see family because they could or would not give me my rooms that were already paid for. By 11pm they still did not have anything solved i had to pay for my rooms again they were more expensive than i paid the 1st time and ihg told me its the hotels problem and igh said it was the hotels problem. The manager at the hotel did not care at all that this happened it was not his problem. I was told different things each time i called. I heard we can not call the hotel then the next person i talked to said they wld call the hotel. I was told i cld not get a refund for paying for my room twice then was told they would give me one. Still waiting on confirmation that they are going to do anything for me at all i have called 6 times today and every time i get put on hold then hung up on i have been in hold for a total of a hr today to get nothing resolved. I got into my rooms at 1130 pm and i paid almost 900 dollars for 2 rooms that were not what i reserved. The hotel staff was not helpful at all the bathrooms were so small that you had to turn sideways to shut the door im not a big person so they were extremely small i will never never in my life even if its free stay with this company agian. I paid though the ihg site not a 3rd party so they have no reason to do any of this. It is now Tuesday i have been on the phone for 3 hours with no resolution im either gave the run around put on hold or transferred and hung up on
