点评：Our service was terrible! It was a NFL football Sunday and we sat outside. The service was slow and one of the persons in our group ordered a beer, found out over 20 minutes later it was not available, then ordered a different one, each time he ordered one he found out that is was not available, this happened 3 times. Meanwhile, the rest of the table had nearly finished their 1st drinks, and this one person never had anyone come to let him know that the last beer he ordered was not available. After an hour he declined to order any other drink and just drank his water, which didn’t even had the lemon in it that he had asked for and all the other waters on the table had lemons.
When the bill came, each beer he had ordered that was NOT available but WAS ON OUR BILL! When asking the server to remove them, she said that she would have to CALL the manager to find out how to remove the charges off the bill. We couldn’t wait, she could not tell us when she would be able to reach the manager and we had to pay and leave. We left hoping that the manager would follow though and credit our visa for these charges.
It was VERY frustrating and disappointing that this matter could not be corrected before we had to pay and leave, that there WAS NO manager on site that was authorized to fix an error that was the employee’s fault! We have been here so many times through the years and this was absolutely the worst service and experience we have ever and don’t think we will be back.
We invited and brought 5 people that had never been there before excited to show them a new place. Very disappointed and they will never never be back again either!
