Absolutely one of the best places to stay in Coeur d'Alene!!!

点评：This is a great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. I have to say thank you to two people specifically. Anne and George!!! Thank you so much for your kindness and willingness to help me out. I feel like they went above and beyond to make me, and my teams stay as comfortable as possible. They treated us like friends and not just customers. It was very refreshing after having to stay in other hotels that don't really have great staff like this location. The entire staff here are some of the nicest people I have ever encountered at a hotel.
The hotel is well maintained. The beds were great. The breakfast food was really good. I, especially, enjoyed coming home from a 14-hour day of work and having a clean room. Not a lot of places clean the rooms anymore without requesting it. I travel for work a lot for wildfires and as busy as it gets, you don't really remember to request a room cleaning; however, this was very nice, and the cleaning crew are very professional and some down to earth people. So, again thank you to you and your staff.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Coeur d'Alene, you won't go wrong staying here. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating. Thank you!
