点评：We have had many good dinners at Anthony’s and expected a good experience again. Let me say up front that we were two couples and everyone enjoyed the dinners. But an incompetent and spiteful bartender can compromise the evening. The first couple arrived early and went to the bar to wait. When we arrived 20 minutes later they had no drinks and could not figure out what was going on with the bar tender. We sat down and 2 of our party ordered gin martinis. When the drinks came, mine seemed very watered down as did the drink served the other member of our party. We both took a few drinks to see if it got better, but the drinks were simply very poorly made. We told our server and she took them back to the bar. She returned with 2 glasses, each basically gin, not martinis and only half a glass each. So obviously the vengeful bar tender thought we were scammers trying to get extra booze. In stead of replacing the worst martinis with well made drinks she made sure we got no extra drink. The server told us the “bar manager” was the one making the drinks. For the price, Anthony’s should do better. Boise has lots of fine restaurants, martinis are easy to make. But sure too pricy to drink a bad one.
