If you want to be treated differently you should only book through the Hilton site.

点评:I booked this hotel through booking.com as I had a previous voucher. When I arrived the person ahead of me checking in got a fantastic welcome and was told about breakfast times, free water and fruits etc. etc. and I wasn’t given any of those details. I felt that it was because I booked through booking.com. There were no soaps in the bathroom. The room wasn’t cheap for a one night stay. €189euro for a standard King room. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything inside and outside compared too previous Hilton hotels we have stayed in that week. When we left I felt that I was sneered at for having booked through booking.com. I was told I wouldn’t get a receipt from the hotel that it would be from booking.com but it said a sarcastic tone. I wasn’t asked how my stayed was. Training is needed for customer interaction from the first and last person you meet when you arrive and leave this hotel.
