点评:I used hilton digital app for check in. Selected room and app let me selected rooms, I was charged for room and digital key was not issued. I call front desk and they show ID at front desk. I waited in line and showed my ID and ask why I was not issed digital key. They say room was not clean. This was 605pm. Why was room showing to sale if not clean ? They had no answer. They did not offer upscale or another room. I told them to cancel. No charge. They said OK. My cancelation notice showed late cancelation, NO TRUST TO THIS HOTEL OR HILTON DIGITAL APP. So I cancelled. Had to drive long way for another room, fill out paperwork to my boss why the change, watch my credit card to confirm no changed. Which I see charge now, hilton customer service would no offer me case number for that call, and would not give me case number. If somebody reads this with hilton honors,hilton Corp, or hotel Reach out to me, today's date posting June 21, 2025
