Golf Cart Pros的点评
点评：We rented a golf cart for 5 days tour my mom around the island. The cart was a rough ride. Maybe they are all like that. My mom went to get in the golf cart later that day, losing her footing and ended up having a hard fall backwards, cutting her head, arm and leg. Not to mention the unbelievable bruising. Now, this in no way is the fault of the cart cart or the company. However, we returned the golf cart a few hours after picking it up as it was going to be too dangerous for my mom to ride. Again, not the cart or the companies fault. The reason I am writing this low review is I message the company from their website with no response. I then called and spoke to someone who promised. To get with his boss and call me back. Needless to say, they never called. I was asking if we could get a partial refund or if we had to stick with the $670 we had paid when using it a few hours before returning. That was a very poor experience. I grew up learning to do what you say you’re going to do. To have no response was extremely disappointing.
