点评：After a long day on the road was craving a burger and decided to try Hopdoddy Burger Bar in Sandy Springs, GA. I’ve never dined at a Hopdoddy, but service and customer care at this location would guarantee no further visits from me if I lived in this area. From the young man at the counter who had no interest in explaining the process to the bartender who spent 95% of her time flirting with a couple of bar patrons almost caused me get up and leave. I ordered a Classic with bacon and cheddar cheese and some fries. My burger arrives…no fries and the lady said it would just be a minute. A man delivered the fries as I took the last bite of my burger. Seeing as I had finished my meal, I told him to take them back. The burger was good, juicy, and had great flavor…sadly the poor service destroyed what could have been a pleasant meal.
I did take the time to seek out a manager, but he was on a call so I told a guy who called himself “The Lead” why I was unhappy with my experience.
