点评:My family and I had a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel. We stayed at the Perry Fairground Location for 5 nights over Mother’s Day Weekend. I booked 2 rooms, 1 for my husband and I and another for my mom and my son. The first issue was with the janitorial service. They did absolutely no cleaning or turnover. They would simply come in the room and leave a set of towels and a new roll of tissue paper and trash bags on the bathroom sink. They wouldn’t even take the time to actually change out the trash bins or put the tissue roll on the dispenser. Also, my mother requested a blanket due to my son soiling the one in the room and they declined her request and refused to give her a clean blanket. To add further insult to injury, when I went down to the front desk to tell them about our unpleasant experience, they attempted to gaslight us and suggest that we were not remembering the details correctly and repeatedly asked/suggested that we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign out. I took pictures of the full trash with empty trash bags and toilet roll paper on the bathroom counter after they supposedly "cleaned the room." How could I forget the older couple janitorial team that told my mom NO twice when she asked for a clean blanket?! After I stood my ground about what occurred, the desk staff begrudgingly agreed to give me a blanket.
I try my hardest to not think that we are treated a certain way because of our race but we are an African American family and they way in which we were dismissed by the workers and staff here reeks of prejudice. The rooms were also very small and the hot water would take some time to come in.
I will never stay at this property again. I’m typically a Hyatt loyalist but there are none in this area so it’s back to the Marriot for future stays.
