Sleepless night due to large party and hotel unable or unwilling to address issue

点评：We usually enjoy our stays at Home 2 Suites, but our recent experience was very disappointing. During our stay, a loud party in the neighboring room kept us awake. Despite calling the front desk at 12:30 am and again at 3:30 am, the noise continued without any resolution. It was frustrating, especially since we decided to check out early after paying for two nights due to the the excessive noise and lack of resolution. We didn’t want to chance another sleepless night.
On a positive note, the morning front desk staff, Farrah and Lorenzo, were professional and understanding, providing us with the general manager’s contact information.
However, due to the lack of effective management and the hotels inability to regulate basic rules they have lost a customer. We travel frequently and this was a sleepless night and the absolute worst experience.
