点评:Went through drive thru and was in outer lane. Gentleman came in and said gold ine moment. I understood their frustration because sign on speaker explained that they only had 2 staff working. I understand and was patient. But to my amazement 2 Cars pulled into inner lane and speedily ordered and pulled up while I continued to wait. I then backed up to pull into inner lane. The same gentleman asked me ti wait again. I then told him 2 cars pulled up ahead of me. He said his headset didn't tell him which lane I was in. I told him nevermind and pulled off. I then thought maybe I could help explain what would help with their confusion. So I called that same location and asked for manager. The one that answered stated he was a general manager. I explained what happened and suggested maybe since they were short staffed that it would streamline the customers to one lane if they closed a lane. He then said that the franchise owners did not allow this. A general Manger should have this authority and when he said he couldn't, I then realized that he was not interested in helping to make the customer service experience to be smooth and was only met by his lame excuses. Management of thos location is apparently not qualified for their position and staffing may remain if it was a better ran location.
