Training Needed … But May Not Be Enough
希尔顿亚特兰大南/麦克多诺套房酒店的点评
点评：The overall stay at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Atlanta South/McDonough was an absolute disappointment.
I will say the Manager appeared to be trying everything she could to help, but the vast number of issues are too much for one person to address. Because of the vast number of issues, in my opinion, this hotel staff needs serious training.
- Improperly made bed. Looks like a twin sheet was just placed on queen size bed sideways.
- Installed shower gel bottle empty – replacement in bathroom at sink, but not installed.
- No handle or knob inside shower to close/open shower door.
- Breakfast was scarce. Many items empty … no cereal at all. Yogurt machine empty. Attendant working breakfast was on her phone the majority of the time, and she could not speak English.
- No Internet for the entire visit! Supposedly Hilton Corporate was assisting, but there was no connectivity at all!!!
- No towels or water in the gym, and no way to clean/wipe down equipment.
- Housekeeping just walked into room without announcing themselves while my wife was still in the room.
