点评：I hate having to write lousy reviews, but...
I ordered dinner online, for curbside pickup. They gave me a pickup time about 25-30 min after placing my order. I got there, checked in, told them where my car was parked, etc. And then I waited. And waited. I tried calling the restaurant, either no one would answer the call or it gave me a msg that the number I was trying to reach wasn't available. Finally, after about 20 min, I saw the guy who was bringing the food out to the cars, and asked about my order. I was told they were working on it. And I waited. And waited. The next time I saw the guy, he told me that their 'system went down, and we're about 15 min behind'. Really? I've already been waiting for about 40 min! I waited some more. Send a nasty text to the restaurant, and left a message on the Darden site. Finally, after 58 minutes, I got my food. Absolutely the worst damn experience ever! I will NEVER use or recommend this restaurant again. The food was ok. I was thankful that after 1 hour of waiting, the order was correct.
