点评：I ordered lunch before I left work. This is 20 minutes away. I arrived, and the food order was never put in. The poor waitress had to relay this message to me. I get an excuse that the system was down and they never got it. She was on the phone when I got there and could have called me right after to inform me. Then she said they could not make the food until the order was printed. By now, I have been standing for 10 minutes. She went to get a manager, but they never came. She then said 20–25 minutes, and I had to call someone else to get a refund. No one was in there at noon. Silly me felt responsible for the 5 orders of food I placed for people, so I waited. I was there for 40 minutes! Not once did the manager come to talk to me or apologize. I was not even offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Not even a drink while I wait. The waitress was cleaning tables and opening my food boxes to check if the order was correct. This should be two different hands. The shotty tops kept coming off of the drinks and got all over my jacket and LV bag. I spent $70 and never got to eat because lunch was over. Never again.
