点评:We booked our hotel room on the Marriott Bonvoy app. The room we booked was a room with two queen beds. When we arrived we were told the hotel didn’t have any rooms available with two queen beds and the front desk worker was not sure why the app aloud us to book that type of room. She said the only rooms they had available were King rooms with a pullout sofa. We said ok thinking the sofa would be a regular size pullout sofa for our 14 and 16 year old to sleep on, which we’ve done before if no queen beds are available. When we got to the room we noticed the pullout was smaller than a normal pullout sofa size and seemed to be a twin size bed that wouldn’t fit our two children. I went back down to see what our options would be, thinking we would need to go elsewhere or possibly book another room even though we ended up in this situation due to the hotel allowing us to book and not having the correct room available even though we booked from their app. The lady at the front said she could bring us a rollaway but it would take a little while since she was the only individual there. No problem. After waiting for an hour I called back down stairs at 11:00pm and she said give her a little longer she was waiting for relief. Fifteen minutes later she called me back and said she had just been informed they didn’t have any rollaways available. Not sure how she didn’t know that being the “only” individual working her shift and who informed her. She did however offer us more sheets and covers which was sweet, but for a non existent extra bed! So basically we were told one thing to stay and then slept three to a King bed. Not a great experience.
