点评：On making my reservation I called and talked to a gentleman and was quoted a price of 196.00 for our room which included a 50.00 incidental fee which would be removed when we checked out and I also told the gentleman I had a service dog with me, when we arrived my husband went in and checked us in came back out and told me the price was 386.00 total for the night. We went in and I came down to the front desk and the lady at the desk said it was 50.00 for the dog and 50.00 for the incidental fee and then taxes, the lady at the front desk also told us there was a concert in town and they were total booked.to say we are very disappointed is an understatement we travel a lot and love staying at dury but this is making us rethink on where we will stay when we travel again very very disappointed dury , you really need someone one the phone who explains things a little better on there side so you are not so surprised when you check in if we would have known the price we would have stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed.
