点评:What a disappointment; beyond what appears to be a real scam job by the contractors, the attention to details was no where to be witnessed via staff. The workmanship on the remodel is a disaster; hopefully there is legal action toward recovery of terrible workmanship. HOWEVER, that is not the worst of my review....we arrived on the evening of the 28th checking in around 5:15; the toilet/commode was stopped up and water at the top edge. We just stopped to check in and leave again quickly for a ball game. Stopped by front desk to request maintenance and went on our way. We returned about 10:00 to only find nothing had been done; we did find the master keys (property of front desk) in our room>>> I returned to the front desk to be advised they could do nothing; there were no other rooms.....we just stood there and stared at each other; finally giving to to go back to the room and get some rest; we had to go to the lobby during the night for any bathroom needs we might have......request to speak to or have the manager call us was in vain; no reply, no action; lackadaisical attitude by every one. They had there rooms all booked and they were happy. Front desk employee advised us early Saturday am that he would "comp" the room -- that did not happen, upon checkout I was told no credit could be issued; I again asked to speak to the manager who was reportedly somewhere behind the wall ??? I was told her name was Sofia M. They advised they could not give out last name. (imagine why) 24 hours with no use of the bathroom; finally late in the day of 29th issue was resolved. Still no word from management. Still no credit. I will attach some pictures with this review; the large broken piece of flooring was where we were suppose to stand while brushing our teeth. I feel so sorry for the money that was wasted toward some of the worst "updates" ever. Vents falling from the ceiling; refrigerator did not work; plugs by the bed had no current and on and on this list could go. PLEASE do not spend your hard earned money staying at this dump. I would not have taken my concerns to this venue had the management only given me the courtesy of being a paying customer .
