点评:After a mtg with the mgr explaining the dignitaries that would be at the dinner, we jointly selected a table. Mtg was 2 wks prior and followup two days prior. Arrived table was occupied - manager not working. Put at a table in room with a goup of 20 plus adults and kids - couldn't hear over them. After two glasses of water turned over and we ate on a soaked table cloth we discovered two tables together - one 3/4 higher than the other causing the upsets. Dinner was consumed on wet tablecloths. Had to go to the front desk twice after 15 mins of waiting unattended. My Chevas (on the bill) never arrived because they were 'out of stock', was offered a sample of another and passed after tasting. We were formerly a several times per month regular. We received an email from the manager apologizing and making an offer for our next visit. Tell me how one can overcome this. My only further comment is 'Caveat Emptor'.
