点评:We were greeted by the loudest AC unit I've ever heard as we entered Room 212. We had traveled all day and had a late check-in. Room 212 is ADA compliant which my partner needs to accommodate his Parkinson's Disease. It was difficult for him to shower since the shower bar was not secured to the wall. We also noticed mold growing on the back of the bathroom door.
WE DISCOVERED THE CRIME SCENE IN THE MORNING....the mattress protector corner was peeling back only to show a questionable stain. After pulling the protector back further we noticed a huge stain of some sort of bodily fluid.
We emailed pics of the mattress, shower bar, and bathroom to the front desk, and we alerted them about the AC unit.
One would think a full refund would be in order, but, no, the hotel is only giving a 25% reduction to our bill. This is unacceptable!!!! I'd challenge any one of the staff to sleep a night on that mattress. HORRIBLE WAY TO RECTIFY A SITUATION! I am very disappointed with this Hampton Inn.
