Hampton Inn Locust Grove的点评
点评：We arrived after driving for 10 hours and were ready for a relaxing evening. To our surprise our room was not ready… or only partially ready. Pillows
minus the pillow cases were strewn on the bed… a top sheet was thrown on top of the mattress… no mattress cover. The room smelled like someone had spilled bleach over everything. We advised the front desk and she said that the cleaner went home early and apologized for the ill fitting sheets… the laundry had been shrinking everything. She suggested we go out for dinner and she would correct everything. On our return we saw that there were a stack of sheets on the reception counter and the front desk girl said that the manager had not left her keys to enter any room so we had to make our own bed.
Breakfast was also a disaster…. They were out of
milk and there were very limited food choices. The bananas were black and bruised ☹️
At check out we stopped at the front desk as the night clerk told us, to inquire about a discount. To our surprise she had forgotten to leave a written report on our issues. We were told to call back on Tuesday … three days from now as the manager was off till then.
