点评：I don't really know where to start. TLDR: They were overwhelmed, forgot about us, and this new restaurant does not have its act together.
Got here at like 6PM. The staff were clearly overwhelmed by a restaurant 90% full (there was no line, but the hostess passed us 3 times while we were waiting, nothing in her hands, seemed to be in a daze). We were seated by a server, and the hostess brought us menus a few minutes later. There were servers serving the other tables, who all seemed to be having a good time and getting attention, but it took about 10 more minutes until a server who didn't seem to working our section came over and asked us if we wanted drinks. We were ready to order, but he was so flustered and rushed, we could only manage to order two sodas and a pizza as a starter before he sprinted off. We started talking and lost track of time (it's a nice pool view) and never saw that guy again after he promptly brought us our sodas... until 1 hour later when i started to realize how much time had passed. They totally forgot about us. There were a series of apologies and a promise our pizza would be ready for us soon. About 20 minutes later they delivered a hot and very good pizza. Nothing worth waiting an hour and a half for, more like an upscale dominoes, but to be fair, it was much better than i expected at that point. They comp'd us the pizza and sodas, which was nice, but never even bothered to ask us if we wanted to actually order dinner. We left with our menus on the table, a little hungry, and had to hit the vending machine for the rest of dinner. To be clear, nobody was rude or mean, they were just so disorganized they couldn't manage to get food on our table. I'm rooting for them to pull it together.
