Small 14th century church with a very plain facade at the start of the road up to Rocca D'Orcia.
Chiesa della Madonna delle Grazie di Manno的点评
点评:Exterior review only as the church was closed.
This small church is located at the start of the steep road, Borgo Maestro, up to the main Piazza of Rocca d'Orcia, and opposite the car park.
This church appears to have started as a chapel in the second half of the 14th century before additions and renovations in the 16th century resulted in the current structure. It initially held the function of a small Marian sanctuary.
The church is rectangular in shape and the very plain and simple brick facade is located on quite a slope. The exterior facade has a central portal with a small rectangular window either side and a small square window above it. There is a small building attached to the downhill side of the church which may have been added for stability. There is also a small belfry containing two bells.
Definitely not a must see.
