点评：I took two friends to this café today for a beer with some snacks. It was very warm, so we sat outside in the beer garden. A member of staff soon came to take our order. After a 10-minute wait, I approached the bar and asked a member of staff what had happened to our drinks. She apologised, and the drinks arrived shortly after. At that point, we ordered some snacks, hoping that they might arrive to consume with our beer. After an additional 30 minutes, I once again approached the bar to ask where our snacks were. I was informed that the snacks were delayed due to a mistake from the kitchen on a large group's table. She did offer to hurry the order up, and I was about to thank her when a tall, thin member of staff informed me that if I dind't like it, I could f*ck off. He then quickly ran around the corner. Tough guy! Ha ha. I asked the polite member of staff for the bill and immediately left. I would highly recommend some staff members training, some coaching in manners and communication. We all know that things can happen which might affect normal service, but to not be informed after 30 minutes that our order would not be coming, is the basics of service. I would suggest that when they knew, they should have informed us immediately, in order that we could be aware of the delay. If that had happened, we would probably have ordered another beer and been content to wait. Avoid at all cost.
