We ended up disputing the charge with the credit card company due to lack of response and given the run around with customer service. A month later, we were charged again for an unknown fee.
Customer service is a nightmare to deal with only telling you you’ll get a response in 24-48 hours but not actually giving a response. They charged our card for multiple charges that aren’t used for anything, leading us to believe they are pocketing the money.
