The worst car rental ever!

点评：I will not be using this company again.
I secured this rental through priceline and will review there as well. I didn't read the "fine print" of the rental only to find out this rental company is not at the airport, it's 10 minutes away once you find the shuttle. When I finally arrived I was assisted by a nice young man who told me I must take the insurance, although I have coverage through geico, he said my 2016 car was too old to use this. I then said my credit card has car rental insurance, he looked through my details and told me I must buy insurance. It was late at night and I wanted to drive to my hotel to sleep and not argue about it. I went out to the rental car and was shocked at the condition of the car. It was filthy with something spilled all over the seats, especially the passenger seat. I immediately told him to make additional pictures. I then drove to my hotel 3 miles away and the front end alignment was non existent, it veered to the left really bad. It wasn't a safe vehicle. I am on hold right now to try to rectify the situation. I'm 58 minutes holding....
