点评:My husband and I ate here while staying at Chateau Elan. We ate dinner around 5:30 on a Wednesday evening. It wasn't crowded at all, though there was a large table seated just before us (24 folks from a conference). Colin took great care of us, very attentive and knowledgeable. We ordered the following: two bottles of still water; one glass of CE Brut sparkling wine; one shot of Elijah Craig; the biscuits appetizer; two filet mignon steaks; one loaded baked potato; one order of brussel sprouts; and one pumpkin tart dessert (to-go, we were stuffed!). Our total bill was $248 (plus tip). Everything we ate was delicious. The steaks were perfectly prepared with just the right char, the brussel sprouts' flavor was incredible (spicy yet sweet), and the pumpkin tart had the best leaf-cookies placed atop the cream. Truly an incredible meal. Due to the large party ahead of us, we waited an hour for our food, but Colin brought us complimentary glasses of wine as an apology at the end of our meal.
We plan to go again one day, and will absolutely spend this amount of money again.
