点评：I stop into this cuban cafe fairly regularly since I have family living nearby. The food is quite good but the service has always been awful. Yesterdays visit was just another aweful service experience. I was getting several empenadas to go carry out, ordering at the counter. Since it was 230pm , and in between meal times there was no one other than my self at the counter. I concluded the order and went to grab napkins and opened the box to separate the empenadas since some in my party cannot eat beef. With the low lighting inside, and the unclear markings of the empenadas, it was really difficult to see what the marking indicated. I stopped at the counter and asked the women again,( after being ignored the prerequisite 2.5 mins since she was busy chatting with someone else, who was not there ordering at all) how were the chicken empenadas marked? "C" she replied. Of course when I go to my destination, we had 4 beef empenadas... I don't know, was it just too much? Two beef and Two chicken empenadas...maybe I was asking for too much. .. I decided to write about this now since it has happened before, and quite frankly the staff at the winter park location do not appear very interested in customer service or congeniality... I only go there because it's close by family members and the food is pretty good, otherwise, I'd pass on the horrible service at the counter.
