点评：I wish I could say something good about this place, but our experience was just frustrating from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the hostess was unfriendly and unhelpful, setting the tone for the rest of the night.
We waited over an hour for our food, only to be told that someone in the kitchen was in training. Well, that’s not my problem—if service is going to be that slow, customers should be informed before they sit down.
We started with appetizers and drinks, which arrived fine, but after that—nothing for an hour. Meanwhile, we saw other tables getting their food in random parts, yet not even a piece of bread was offered to us while we waited. If we hadn’t asked, we might still be sitting there!
A simple heads-up or a small gesture of hospitality could have made a difference, but instead, we felt completely ignored. Untrained staff, terrible communication, and zero customer care—definitely not coming back.
