Red Lobster的点评
点评：I have been to a ton of Red Lobster restaurants in my lifetime. This was the worst dining experience that I ever had at Red Lobster. First upon being seated we waited at least 25 minutes before our terrible server Chase C. took our order. He looked extremely sloppy, hair was a mess, and had a terrible attitude. I ordered clam chowder as I have a thousand times before. Our awful server Chase brought out a bowl that looked like can milk with a butter ring around the edges. There were no clams or potatoes. It was a milky, water bowl of garbage. I showed Chase my soup and he was completely unfazed. No apologies from him. Nothing!! When he took it back to the kitchen he was mumbling under his breath which was very obvious. It took another 25 minutes before our food came out. I ordered fish and chips and it was odd that our server Chase brought out my coleslaw about 10 minutes later. I was not comfortable eating that coleslaw as I don’t know what he did to it before he came out of the kitchen. I kindly asked him if I could get fries instead of the coleslaw since we didn’t have a great experience and he told me that there would be an up charge. I told him to forget and he then walked away again mumbling under his breath. I would rate them with zero stars if I could. I will NEVER go back to that store again.
