点评:I have patronized the Winter Garden, FL. location in the past, but I stopped going there because the burgers were inconsistent. Today, I was really hungry and it was in my direct line of travel. However, against my better judgement, I decided to give it another try. I waited in the drive-thru line for approximately 20 mins. after placing my order. There were cars in front of me, so I was hopeful that I would receive a hot meal.
To my chagrin, when I returned home and began to eat my meal, my onion rings were still warm and crunchy, but my Deluxe Double Cheeseburger was Cold.
In the past, I took the loss and never said anything, but today I decided to let them know. I called the store and I asked to speak with Manny Montanez, his name was on the receipt. Samantha answered the phone and stated that she was a manager and asked if she could assist me. I explained my concerns to her about the burger being cold, and she was very nice. She stated that I could come in for a refund, get a coupon, or come in for a fresh meal. I stated that I would come in for a refund, she obliged, and we said good bye. A few minuted later my phone rang and I recognized the number, so I picked up the phone. It was Samantha, and she said that her manager, Manny Montanez, said that I had to bring the burger back to get a refund. She asked if I would like to speak to him. I said yes. I waited a little while and Manny finally came to the phone. As I began speaking, he became very rude and belligerent and he hung up the phone.
There is no reason why this incident should have come to this. Samantha was very nice and we had already handled the situation. For Manny to have her call me back, then have me wait for him to pick up the phone, only to hang up on me was both authoritative and rude. I mean, what's a hamburger worth, kiddo?
I will NEVER patronize this location again. Furthermore, I would hate to work for him.
