点评:This place has nothing to do with Italian food. And please do not call it authentic: carbonara without eggs, but with Alfredo sauce? Ok, no problem, just don't call it carbonara. And the linguine with clams had a ton of raw garlic (NOT in the original recipe) and... a ton of sand! If you like the ambience, and the food is good for you, go for it. But please do not call it Italian, and please definitely not authentic. The tagliere with cheeses and meats had Gouda and pepperoni on it too... notoriously very Italian, sure (gouda is Dutch, salame piccante from Calabria is a very different thing). The crostini were grilled two days before, mushy, and the mussels were dry and old. Again, if you enjoy, go ahead. But do not call it Italian, less so authentic. Forget about fresh. (BTW- Not an Italian American here - an Italian from Milan, born and raised, who's been living here for 25 yrs).
