点评：I always love coming here. It’s a wonderful neighborhood cafe. The owner is so kind and talented. This was my first time coming on a weekday and my food came out fresh and fast, within 10 minutes of ordering. I tried something new, the Divorciados. It was a warm tortilla with ham and melted cheese inside, topped with two eggs and green and red salsa. It came with beans on the side. I love that she has featured authentic Guatemalan menu items, so we can try new things right here in Central Florida. It feels like a little vacation whenever I come here. What a great way to start the week!
My dish was delicious. The beans are the best I’ve ever had, everytime. They are so consistently delicious. The red salsa is made in house and has a lovely flavor that is not overpowering. Everything is made fresh, to order. You feel so satisfied whenever you you leave here and nourished with a fresh home cooked meal.
Not to mention the coffee is also wonderful. It’s strong yet subtle. It has a slight bitter taste, which I like in my coffee. It balances out any sweet or savory dishes you may order with it. I always get an iced latte and they’re lovely.
