点评：We hired Jamal and his team at Ganache Bakery to create a mini dessert bar for the outgoing Board of Directors and the members of WWC. Jamal is an absolutely delightful, calm person and highly creative. They delivered and set up on time and are very professional. The desserts were impeccably created and displayed and everyone was overwhelmed at the delicious options. BIG favorites were the chocolate ganache cupcakes, passion fruit and strawberry pana cottas, key lime tarts, banana salted caramel cupcakes, mini mixed fruit tarts and gorgeous artisan bonbons filled with passion fruit, tiramisu, key lime and coconut. EVERY option on the table was delicious. The cupcakes are so moist and the texture perfect. Overwhelmingly positive comments were received on all of Ganache's creations. Jamal surprised us with an edible topper including the Club's logo! His business cards were snapped up rapidly and I am certain there will be alot of new customers for Ganache Bakery. No wonder Jamal won Guy's Grocery Games Dessert competition if the judges were treated to the outstanding quality we received. Thank you, Jamal & Team!! Highly, highly recommend.
