If I could leave no stars I would!!! My family has been ordering from GOT RICE? for the last 4 years and our food has always been amazing. We drive 20 min each way just to order from them. BUT tonight....this is the worst food we have ever had!! We had two orders of sweet and sour chicken and the orange chicken. The chicken was completed under cooked for the sweet and sour chicken, the orange chicken tasted absolutely disgusting, and to top it off the the portions are much smaller. I was told that they are under new ownership and let me tell you these owners are the worst business owners.
I called to complain and ask for a refund since we were not able to eat what we had received. I first spoke with a server(who was super nice), then the manager got on the phone and asked "WHAT DID YOU CALL FOR", like WTF!!!! I had to repeat myself and sat on the phone while listening to the "manager" repeat everything I was saying to the owners. After the back and fourth, I was told the I needed to drive all the way back and bring return the food to receive a refund!!! Now, I mind you this is at 8:00pm, I have a 5 year old, have been working all day, and it takes us 40 min round trip to get there!!! I explained how far I lived and would not do that. I recommended that they refund it or I would dispute it with my bank and write reviews regarding my experience. So I am following through with my promise as they wanted to be scummy people. They are very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I have never in my life experienced such a horrible hospitality experience.
This is a shame, they had the best food and service and West Palm, the original owners were super sweet and knew my family by name. Please do not support this business and business owners, they do not deserve to own a this business.
