点评：The Dive Bar at Delta Hotel West Palm Beach really surprised us with great food, beautiful plating, a nice relaxed ambiance and fantastic staff. During our stay at the Delta West Palm Beach hotel we enjoyed several meals here during our stay, and every dish was a hit.
Breakfast was a highlight. The Spanish Eggs Benedict, topped with Serrano ham and manchego cheese, was rich and flavorful, while the avocado toast, paired with poached eggs and a balsamic glaze, was fresh and satisfying.
Dinner didn’t disappoint either. The Blue Grotto Calamari was perfectly crispy and seasoned, and the lobster roll with key lime aioli was a unique and delicious take on a classic dish. For dessert, the chocolate dome was not only beautiful but absolutely delicious, with vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, and edible flowers adding a special touch.
And their craft cocktails were great; they even made a few mocktails for my teen, who loved them too.
I would definitely eat here again, even if I'm not staying at the Delta Hotel.
