点评：I have been to Big John's Eatery twice now for breakfast. It is a small spot and it's usually crowded, but we are always seated quickly. Both times my children had the chicken fingers and fries. The chicken is good quality and the meal is large. The staff are kind and helpful. Pricing is reasonable for the large portions. I saw many people ordering the peach cobbler French toast and the ox tail. We will be back to try those.
Now let's get to the important stuff...The biscuits are the best biscuits we have EVER had! The sausage gravy is heavy on the black pepper but it pairs perfectly with the crunchy and sweet biscuits. The breakfast potatoes are crispy and covered in the most delicious aioli. I have had them twice now (in and out of the breakfast skillet) and both times I cleaned the entire plate. And finally, the grits. WHOSE RECIPE IS THIS?!?!?! By far the best grits we have ever tasted in our lives! We were told they are loaded with parmesan and butter, but there has to be more. They are clearly made with lots and lots of love. I now crave this breakfast every weekend. I tell everyone who will listen that Big John's Eatery is the new spot for breakfast in Royal Palm. Just AMAZING!!!
