点评：My friend and I have been long time wine club members. So, we planned a very much looked forward to wine tasting and dinner at the Wesley Chapel restaurant. Wine tasting was okay. It really is all about the wine tasting staff and their enthusiasm and knowledge about the wines. We were then seated in a booth in the bar area. Jonathan was out server. He was wonderfully attentive and suggested the perfect dinner choices.
This restaurant is traditionally loud with no noise buffers, but we were seated behind three ladies who were so loud my friend and I could not hear each other. Their very loud voices continued throughout our meal. Leaving, we spoke to the manager at the reception area. From there, he too witnessed how loud these ladies were. Our concern fell on deaf ears. He did admit that noise level has been a problem. So, if management is aware of the noise volume concern and still do nothing to remediate it, why should we keep returning to be victimized by it?
We love Cooper's Hawk- the wine tasting is always fun, the quality of meals are wonderful. The noise level must be addressed to continue as a fine dining establishment.
