点评：Made reservation for Thanksgiving Day buffet lunch many months in advance. Received six, 6, calls, asking me to confirm, two in one week. I asked them to please quit calling. It was never mentioned that the property was under renovation. We arrived and saw the “Please excuse our dust.” The windows were sheets of plywood, which made for a lousy view. We arrived on time, and were seated in a location where the AC was blowing the tablecloth off, it was bad. We asked to be moved, the hostess reseated us, but the new server yelled and told us that changing tables wasn’t allowed. My son went and got the hostess. Some other friends attending had the same problem. Four adults seated one child seated at a table for ten, and they had told them a high chair would be needed when they made the reservation, but they never got one. The food was mediocre. Runny Mac and Cheese, and who does Thanksgiving without sweet potatoes? Several times we dodged carts being pushed around by employees with some of the worst scowls we’d ever seen and not a single “excuse me.” We’ve been coming here for 30 plus years, and have seen a decline into regimented service and form. A shame, it’s a neat place, but we won’t go anymore.
