点评：Included gratuity means bad service! We waited a good amount of time for fried shrimp and a fish plate. It was after 8pm so didn’t expect to wait that long. Food was only warm when we got it. Flavor was ok but nothing spectacular. Our server never offered to refill our water. We rarely saw her. So we were discussing a lower than usual tip percentage due to the poor service and barely warm food that must have sat ready in the kitchen before it was brought to our table. Our discussion came to an end when the check arrived and surprise surprise 18% gratuity was already included along with an additional service fee for using our credit card. The server said they had cut their hourly pay from $10/hour to $3 and so they now include the gratuity on the check. So we had bad service and still had to pay top tip amount for just a party of 2! Our check should’ve been around $50 but we left paying over $65 for two dinners and we drank water that didn’t even get refilled. And we didn’t even get to enjoy the outside beach front because we arrived after 8 pm. Very disappointing dining experience. Included tips never provide good service for customers!
