点评：I had a 7:30 reservation, and arrived at 7:25. My husband and I walk in, not sure where to stand. There is no obvious wait stand, you just walk in and hang by the bar. There was a red headed guy behind the bar who noticed us but quickly looked away, and at least 2 other guys serving; so we just stood there waiting to be acknowledged. It was like no one wanted to make eye contact or else they would have to deal with us. Very awkward and not a good first impression. They weren't even all that busy and many tables were empty. 5-10 minutes later, another couple walks in and asks us how long we have waited and we tell them we haven't even been acknowledged. After about 10 minutes, those people left. Some people we knew came up to say hello. After they left, now having stood around for 20 minutes, I finally went up to the red headed guy and asked if we were ever going to be seated, or did you rather have us go to another restaurant and he said, in a very annoyed tone, and I quote " Yes, please go to another restaurant"! What? HOW RUDE! So of course we left, went down the street to a very friendly Billy's. We live on Tiera Verde and want to support our local places. But not when we are treated without respect. No wonder this place has cycled thru several ownerships. All they had to do was when we walked in, say "Hi! We will be with you in a few minutes!" or "Hey, we only have one server, so it may be a bit, but we are happy to have you, grab a drink and hang tight", But no, they totally ignored us. We will never be back.
