点评:My husband and I were told by many people to come here to experience great Caribbean food, our experience was not Caribbean food more like standard food. The prices are outrageous for not being on the water.
We had conch fritters as our appetizer, which we normally skip the appetizer but we decided hey why not let's try something different. The fritters were decent but the sauce that it came with was very bitter and untasteful.
My husband and I both had two draft beers, and I had the mahi mahi tacos which came in a set of three, and I ordered Caribbean rice as my side.
My husband ordered the mahi sandwich with Caribbean rice as his side. The Caribbean rice was Mexican rice which is yellow rice and black beans ( it was not Caribbean rice) the rice was tasteless and flavorless that I could not even eat it.
Our bartender who was Scott was very informative, and he was great with his customer service but as far as this being a Caribbean restaurant that is owned by somebody new, she should rethink the menu and her prices and the quality of the food that comes out of that kitchen.
In the end our bill came to $78 which is crazy for lunch and the fact that we did not get to experience true Caribbean food. I could have made that food at home, and it would have tasted a lot better.
I suppose this is what the restaurant lifestyle is coming to. Sad really. We are natives to this area and unfortunately we will not be returning to this restaurant.
