点评:I am giving 2 stars for the bad service
We experienced at the restaurant. This is more of a message to the owner/manager who was absent from the restaurant rather than a review.
Service: Owner/manager really need to provide some training to the servers.
There were 3 servers, who seem to be running the restaurant- taking phone orders, serving the dine in guests, cleaning the tables, etc. The service packed professionalism- no greetings, no smile- it felt like the customers are doing a favor to this restaurant by giving
business.
Cleanliness: stop reusing the cloth to clean tables. Servers were cleaning the tables using a green microfiber cloth, which was never washed. Target than cleaning, it stunk up the whole restaurant. Please burn that green microfiber cloth,- use disposable paper towels to clean tables.
Food: food was good. That's why this restaurant is getting a lot of business at take it orders.
I have seen similar complaints in reviews from the last 7 to 10 months but looks like the owner/manager does not care as long as the restaurant is getting business.
