点评：Unfortunately I had to give Colab a poor rating. The service was horrible tonight. Our server definitely needs more training on customer service skills. The happy hour till 6:30 on $5 Martinis is a joke!! It took 45 minutes to bring our drinks out , we tried to order a second round so we could make the cut off knowing it takes 45 minutes and we were told NO!! Our food came out separately from each other, one of us didn’t even get the entree we ordered because the server forgot to enter it, and she didn’t even apologize. Mandatory 20% tip on parties of 5 or more, which would be okay, we typically tip more, however our server didn’t deserve 10%.
The entire staff looked overwhelmed with the evenings guest capacity. We witnessed people leaving after waiting several minutes with no service.
We won’t return.. To the Owner.. maybe run your “Happy Hour” on slower days or limit the martinis to a special menu of 2-3 to choose from. Or bartender’s are not equipped to take a rush during busy hours.
