Y'all we got us a good one. I have one issue and it's a big one but it's fixable and we will get to that soon.
The bread had the signature crunch and was soft on the inside. That's what I want. The meats were proportioned well and the roast mojo pork had a mild flavor which I like. The pickles, mayo, and mustard (Kim's way) was balanced as well. Sometimes the cheese gets lost but this swiss was on the stronger side and I enjoed that. Everything was clicking.
The issue - The amount of butter that was used was out of control. It was literally dripping when I would lift it up. My hands were so greasy and my mouth Is a little sore from the salt in it. This is completely fixable. The Sandwich is excellent. Don't let this stop you from giving it a shot because this is probably in my top five, maybe even in my top three right now.
