BEWARE - Sebastian FL location no longer exists even though they take reservations for it

点评：WARNING - DO NOT call to book a jet ski rental for the Sebastian location. It no longer exists!!! Even though it's still listed on their website, and they still took my prepaid reservation.
I got on the website, looked up the Sebastian location (because it was nearest to where I was staying), called the number, and made a reservation for 3 jet skis at 12:00 p.m. I was told that I'd receive a text and an email regarding my reservation and to arrive 30 minutes early. I didn't get the text or email. We drove 30 minutes to the Sebastian location and couldn't find it. I called back the number and that person told me that the Sebastian location no longer existed, but that I was only 30 minutes away from the Fort Pierce location and that we needed to drive there. They moved my reservation back to 12:30. I wasn't happy, but my group wanted to jet ski, so we headed to Fort Pierce. All of the sudden, I received the text and email that I never got earlier. Besides not telling me that the Sebastian location doesn't exist, I'm sure the person that took my original reservation never actually put it in their system. Unfortunately, as we punched the Fort Pierce address into Google maps, it was actually 46 minutes away. When we got to Fort Pierce, we were of course LATE for our new 12:30 reservation. They told us since we were LATE that it would now be 1:00, which got pushed to 1:15, then 1:25, until we finally went out at 1:40. The whole experience was quite a frustrating hassle. After the 1 hour and 20 minute drive back to the hotel, our 1 hour of jet skiing became an all day affair. The only compensation they could offer me for all of my trouble was a "guarantee that we'd have a good time on the jet skis".
Jet skiing was a blast, but the person on the phone made a pretty costly mistake, which could have been avoided, and really made for a frustrating day.
I've attached photos of the Sebastian location STILL being advertised on their website now over a week after our whole experience.
