点评：Every time I go to the university parkway location, it is a wait, wait and wait.
Today, as I always do, I ordered before I arrived. Ordered a pot roast sandwich. Was told it would be ready within a minute or two at most. wrong. Arrived about 3 minutes later. Waited outside for 15 minutes. Then went in store and found the reason for the delay. Employees leaning against the counter with several cars waiting outside for their order.
I was a General Manager of a restaurant for many years. Motto: If you can lean you can clean. yet this is clearly not applied at this restaurant. I would have never tolerated my employees to just stand around doing nothing, especially when I have customers sitting in their car waiting.
Manager was very stressed, nice and offered coupons. The whole time I was thinking WHY would I come back to wait? No thank you.
The couple of employees that I did speak to seem to have an attitude. Did not smile and was even asked to pay when I had already paid.
I am not asking anything from you. I will not be back to this location EVER!
