Cannot handle a full house- dirty and no towels

点评：We stayed here for a soccer tournament. You have to book thru the tournament and the hotels have to approve the number of rooms and how many teams they have staying there.
Our first room we got was completely open when we got it it, it had no pillowcases and the A/c unit didn’t work. We were moved to a different room and this one the a/c worked great. The room is worn and there were a few bugs in the bathroom.
Our room was not made up at all during our three nights even though i went to the front desk TWICE and asked. A friend asked for more towels and was told they didn’t have any and they gave her bath mats to use again. They told her that they didn’t know how to use the washer and dryer to clean the dirty towels.
A mower started at exactly 7:30 in the morning outside our room waking us up.
The pool water is Green.
The area the hotel is in is not great, there’s a sign saying yhr lobby will be locked at 11pm
There are FOUR teams staying at this hotel this weekend. This hotel could not handle it. There were about 70 teenage boys who all wanted to have breakfast at the same time and they eat a lot. The line for breakfast was 30 people long and the breakfast are too small to accommodate the crowd.
The staff was nice.
This is not worth $300 a night. Marriott should be ashamed.
