点评:We've been to Oak & Stone off University, many, many times. We like the pizza, ahi tuna and especially the Philly cheese steak rolls, which I usually order. But today I thought that I would order a White Pizza with mushrooms and artichoke hearts. I got served a White Pizza with artichoke hearts and onions. I sent it back. By the time my replacement pizza arrived my husband was 1/2 finished with his pizza. And he's a slowwww eater. Our check came right away. I put out my credit card and Oak & Stone Premier Customer Card. After our check was returned there was nothing on it that indicated that the Customer Card was used. I asked our waiter about it, he said "there's nothing on it". I said that it wasn't a gift card. He started to elaborately explain that there's no buttons on the cash register for a customer card. I asked if he would please check with someone else. At that point he grabbed the customer card and my check, crumpling the paper and huffed off. Did he speak with someone, I have no assurance of that. He came back very shortly with my crumpled check and customer card and said it's no good. I said "you don't use them anymore?", he said no. I took my already crumpled check, added a $3 tip, which was $3 more than I really wanted to give him. I further crumpled my check into a ball, left it on the table, with my bend in half Premier Customer Card and left. Will I visit this place again? Not if this is how they now treat their "Premier Customers".
