点评:There phone order process seems to be non existent. I placed an order over the phone, was placed “on hold” really the phone was sat down while I listened to customers in the diner be checked out. The weather was awful hence me ordering to-go instead of sitting in. Their system was not functioning so what should have been a 5 minute call turned into 10. The price I was quoted over the phone was $19.38 when I picked up it was $16.24? All parts of the meal were prepared and boxed separately so by the time I made it to work I found the gravy for my meal missing. I called and spoke with the guy (Dan?) and he says “yeah I knew that order didnt look right, your gravy is sitting right here” WTF so I ask what my options are I’m told drive back in this awful weather to pick up the gravy 20 minutes away or bring the full meal back in for a refund. Who eats country fried steak without gravy?!! Never offered to REFUND ME for the missing item! Poor customer service by management. UNBELIEVABLE, now I see why theres been a decline with this place. Save your money!
