点评：My child was inpatient at the hospital nearby. Dad was visiting last night so I walked here to order food for our child. Our burger was supposed to be well done and was supposed to have cheese on our fries. I had walked with our toddler to go pick it up. It took awhile to walk back and when we got back the burger was so red still (so child wouldn’t eat it) and no cheese on the fries. I couldn’t call last night because my child ended up being busy with further tests etc then we went straight to bed as neither of us had slept in days due to our hospital stay. I called first thing the next afternoon to get a refund and explained the whole situation. I was told I couldn’t get a refund, only a replacement. I explained that dad is no longer here today and I couldn’t leave to walk there again. My child is required to eat before discharge today and since dad isn’t here for me to leave to get food, he has to eat lunch here at the hospital. Then once we are discharged, (which they said is right after he eats lunch so will not need to eat again) we will be heading home to another city an hour and a half away. We are not local and have no way of getting a replacement yet they still won’t refund. This is horrible customer service and it was one meal and I have pictures to show it wasn’t correct.
